Identify the parties in the training

Use your phone to identify yourself with an HSE card, Vipps, driver's license, or passport. No login needed — go to kvipp.it.

Which ID methods are supported?

HSE card, Vipps, driver's license and passport. Kvipp uses your phone's camera to read the information automatically.

Do I need to download an app?

No. Kvipp works directly in the browser. Go to kvipp.it on your phone and you're ready to go.

Identify equipment for the training

Take a photo of the equipment. AI recognizes serial numbers, markings, or QR codes automatically.

What if the equipment isn't recognized?

You can always enter information manually, but AI recognition works for the vast majority of equipment types.

What types of markings are supported?

Serial number plates, QR codes, barcodes, and visible markings on the equipment.

Demonstration of equipment and routines

Give or receive training on brand, model, or category. Share equipment knowledge and proper usage.

What types of training can I conduct?

Equipment-specific training is available for everyone. With Kvipp Pro you also get safety training with risk assessment.

Can I give training across categories?

Yes. You can give training on specific equipment, an entire category, or a specific brand and model.

Documentation saved

Training certificates are saved automatically and synced to K-REG and HMS-REG. Documentation can also be sent by email.

Is training visible in K-REG and HMS-REG?

Yes. With the K-REG add-on, training documentation is automatically uploaded to the Competence Registry, and from there it becomes visible in HMS-REG.

Can documentation be sent by email?

Yes. Training certificates can be sent directly to participants by email after completed training.

Do I need to enter data manually?

No. Kvipp uses AI and integrations for automatic recognition and registration. Manual data entry is rarely needed.
