Training for customers
As a rental company or supplier, you can offer equipment-specific training and document the training with Kvipp, regardless of whether the customer is a Kvipp customer. See the section below on how to find the training certificate.
As a rental company for machinery and equipment, the rental company is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is in order, but it is always the employer who has the ultimate responsibility for training.
Remember: As a rental company, you are also an employer for your own employees who use machinery and equipment. Read more.
How to provide training
Go to the website kvipp.it
- Identify yourself and the equipment
- Select "provide training" and go through the checklist
NB: You must register your own competence before you get the option "provide training".
- Add the participants. They need an HSE card or driver's license/passport. There is no upper limit for the number of participants.
Training others on behalf of the company
With Kvipp, you get a complete overview of who you have given training to. Under archive and training, all training given by instructors is stored. So you can:
- Overview of who has given and received
- Resend documentation if needed

Go to the website and identify yourself with an HSE card. The certificate can be downloaded or sent by email.
