Kvipp - Groups and QR codes, adding people manually, training sessions and search - 03/31/2025
QR code for groups
Generate and print a QR code that applies to multiple equipment and people added to a group. Go to groups and select “KVIPP ID”. You can print and hang this QR code, and when someone scans it, the person gets all the equipment in the group. When you provide training, you can also use the QR code to add all the people from the group.
Adding people manually to Kvipp Admin
Several people have requested the ability to add people manually in Kvipp Admin. We have added a function where you can search by first name, last name and date of birth - see the “+” button on the people page. Important: The person must have identified themselves via kvipp.it first to appear in the search. This way, there is more control over ensuring that the correct people are added.
Search for participants and equipment types in training sessions
With the role of "teacher", all training sessions end up in an overview. The overview includes all the people the teacher has trained - both internal and external. To retrieve who has received training, you can search by participant name and equipment type.
DigiQuip-Inspection Date: 18.03.2025
Unlock Function
Administrators and the original inspector can now unlock completed inspections.
Save and Close Function
Inspections that are not completed are automatically saved as drafts.
Drafts have the status "Not Inspected" and will not appear on the QR code landing page until finalized.
Pre-filling "OK" in Checklists
A new toggle function allows users to enable or disable the pre-filling of "OK" in checklists.
This provides better control if an inspection is not completed immediately but needs to be continued later. More info can be found
here.
Retrieving Documents from BraReg
All documents related to the equipment and production year are now fetched directly from BraReg.
Bug Fixes
Corrected status in DigiQuip when equipment is set to "Not Approved" due to a Level 2 defect.
Fixed an issue preventing some equipment from properly linking to BraReg.
Resolved a synchronization issue for inspections from BraReg that already had an existing connection.
