Onboarding services, Kvipp

Even though Kvipp may be the world’s simplest solution for documenting equipment-specific training and documented safety training, we have found that it pays to start implementation with an onboarding session. We give you useful tips and go through basic functionality, and not least the regulatory framework. The goal of onboarding is to ensure correct use of Kvipp from the start, so that the organisation gets up and running faster and establishes good internal routines.

Onboarding is carried out as digital meetings with training and getting started in Kvipp. This includes both a practical walkthrough of the solution, assistance with setup, and coordination of necessary features and integrations. The content is adapted to which solution and functionality the organisation will use.

Training is provided to the person(s) responsible for using Kvipp Admin. The idea is that they should be able to follow up and provide further internal training as needed.

Kvipp Plus onboarding – 3,000 NOK

Up to two hours of training and getting started (digital meeting)

Suitable for organisations that will use equipment-specific training in Kvipp.

We cover, among other things:

• Assistance with basic setup in Kvipp Admin
• Overview of roles and access control
• What types of training Kvipp can be used for
• How equipment-specific training is carried out in kvipp.it
• Where training becomes available in Kvipp Admin
• The Groups module and how to carry out training at group level
• Gap analysis to see who is missing training on different brands and models
• How to use tags to group people
• How to add brand/model in kvipp.it and Kvipp Admin
• Roles and the difference between training with and without a role
• Coordination and follow-up related to K-REG integration (add-on service)
• Review of requirements and what must be in place for sharing to K-REG (add-on service)

Kvipp Pro onboarding – 5,000 NOK

Up to four hours of training and getting started (digital meeting)

Includes everything from Kvipp Plus onboarding, plus features and setup related to documented safety training in Kvipp Pro.

We cover, among other things:

• What categories are and how to create them
• Risk assessment at category level
• Setting up training requirements
• How documented safety training is carried out at category level
• The difference between roles for equipment-specific training and documented safety training
