Insights is the binder’s front page. Three tabs each answer their own question: WHO? are the users, HOW/WHEN? do they reach the content and on which platform, and WHAT? are they looking at.

How to

Choose a time range

1. Pick the resolution at the top: Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
2. Pick the count — 7/14/30 days, 4/8/12 weeks or 6/12/24 months. Every chart below follows the choice and shows the active range as a small badge in its corner.

Invite someone quickly

1. Type the email address in the Invite field on the Invites card under WHO?.
2. Press Invite. The person is invited without leaving the page. For several at a time, use the Users page.

Open the binder to everybody

1. Find the Binder access card under HOW/WHEN? — it only appears while the binder is closed.
2. Press Open for anybody and read the warning. Anyone with the link can then open the binder in a browser without signing in. The card is replaced by a share link and Open in browser.

Good to know

• The Users card shows the count against your plan’s limit. The bar warns at 80 % and again when the limit is reached — remove users who no longer need access, or talk to sales from Binder plan.
• Invites covers the last 28 days: how many are pending, and how many were accepted.
• WHAT? ranks Most watched videos, shows Recent Video views, and lists Content updates with Action and Time.
• Logins and Content updates are paginated and can be collapsed.
• If you only see “Content view” with a link to the browser, you lack the overview permission. Ask a binder manager.

Frequently asked questions

Why are the platform numbers zero?

Nobody opened the binder in the selected range. Try a longer range — and if the webapp is disabled, only app sessions will ever show.

Why do the charts show a different period than I expected?

They all follow the range at the top. Check the badge in the chart’s corner.
