Users

Open this page in Sånn Admin

Users is where you invite people to the binder, see who is already in it, and manage their role and groups. Invite codes and the groups themselves have their own pages in the same menu.

  1. Press + Invite User.
  2. Add the people — search with Find existing Sånn user, or paste and type email addresses as chips. The dialog counts valid and invalid addresses, and flags any that are already members or already have a pending invite.
  3. Pick a role and any groups for the whole batch.
  4. Press Send invites. Each person gets their own email.
  1. Click the row , or use Edit, to open the detail panel.
  2. Pick a new role , or remove a group chip with its ✕ and add one with Add. Every change saves immediately — there is no Save button, only a "Saving"/"Saved" indicator.
  3. Press Done to close the panel.
  1. Press the Pending invites chip — its badge shows how many are outstanding.
  2. Use Resend invite on the row. The chips are alternatives, not toggles: click the active one again to show everything.
  1. Select rows with the checkboxes, Ctrl-click to add one, or Shift-click for a range.
  2. Pick an action in the toolbar: Add to group, Copy to binder or Delete. From ten rows up, the delete confirmation asks you to type `DELETE`. Clear selection or Escape drops the selection.
  • The role decides where the invite points: member roles (User, Guest User) link to the Sånn app or web; staff roles (Content Editor, Manager, Owner) link to Sånn Admin. Same account either way.
  • The roles: Owner (everything, incl. settings and billing) · Manager (users, groups, content) · Content Editor (content only) · User (sees assigned content) · Guest User (only what is shared) · Services (integrations, not people).
  • Inviting someone already in the binder skips the address. If they have a pending invite it is resent — or updated, if you picked a new role or groups.
  • Names and emails belong to the person’s own account and are changed on their profile, not here.
  • Membership is only the first layer. What people can actually open also depends on binder access under Access & Privacy and topic access on Publish.
