Training certificates
When training is completed in Kvipp, the training certificate (PDF) is generated automatically.
What does the training certificate contain?

How to find your training certificates as an employee
Section titled “How to find your training certificates as an employee”From Kvipp
Section titled “From Kvipp”- Open the browser on your phone.
- Go to kvipp.it.
- Tap the camera button and scan your HMS card or other ID, or log in with Vipps.
- Your first name, last name and date of birth will now be displayed at the top of the screen.
- An orange triangle appears to the right of your name, indicating that you have not registered your email address in Kvipp.
- Tap your name and find «No email address registered».
- Tap «No email address registered» and enter your email address. Check the box «Receive all previous training certificates?» – if you select this, you will receive one email per skill with the PDF attached.
- Tap «Confirm». You will then receive the documentation in your email.
- Remember to check your spam folder!
- All future training will now be sent automatically to your email.
From K-REG
Section titled “From K-REG”If your subscription includes K-REG integration, you can also find your training certificates in K-REG. Log in with BankID from Kompetanseregisteret.
How to find your employees’ training certificates
Section titled “How to find your employees’ training certificates”If you have administrator rights as a leader or administrator, you can log in to Kvipp Admin and retrieve all training certificates (PDF) per person.
